![]() To open a printer’s window, open Printers & Scanners preferences, select the printer in the list at the left, then click Open Print Queue. Move a print job to a different printer: Open windows for both printers, then drag the print job from the current printer’s window to the other printer’s window. Skip to a specific page while printing: Select the print job for the document, click the Hold Job button on the right (marked with two lines), then choose Jobs > Resume Job On Page and enter a page number. ![]() You can’t delete print jobs on another user’s shared printer. ![]() To resume all print jobs to a printer, click Resume in the toolbar.ĭelete a print job: Select it, then click the Delete Job button on the right (marked with an X). Resume a print job: Select it, then click the Resume Job button on the right (marked with a curved arrow). To pause all print jobs to a printer, click Pause in the toolbar. Pause a print job: Select it, then click the Hold Job button on the right (marked with two lines). Restart the printing system once you encounter an HP printer stuck in the queue and cancel or delete the print job afterward. To see information about print jobs, choose Jobs > Quick Look Job, Jobs > Show My Jobs, or Jobs > Show Everyone’s Jobs. On your Mac, click the printer’s icon in the Dock while a document is printing.
